Meet the team

    Tom Peacock, President & Owner, is an Indianapolis native and forty-year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Market. Tom has been involved with a component of financing for practically every major project type for the city of Indianapolis. In the last four decades including office, retail, multifamily, hotels, industrial, specialty municipal funding, and renewable energy projects.

• Career start in the Investment Division of an Indianapolis based insurance company (1980)
• Cross trained as a credit analyst specializing in the Credit Tenant Lease (CTL) division (1982)
• Reinstituted the mortgage loan program for a $3.5 billion asset mutual life insurer (1986)
• Indianapolis commercial mortgage banking firm (1987)
  • Personal loan volume accounted for 65% of office production.  
  • Repetitively achieved the Top Producer Award.  
  • Indianapolis portfolio growth under his leadership in excess of $1.2 billion.

• Accepted dual role at the Indianapolis office of a regional bank originating construction and preferred mezzanine debt/equity financing.  (2001)

    Jackie Peacock, Senior Vice President, is a twenty-five-year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Market, and a local to Indianapolis, for over thirty years, and colleague of Mr. Peacock. Her entire career and journey has provided exposure to a vast array of financing, from the corner neighborhood shopping center, to a solar project located on top of a data center.

Financial Background

• Career start at a local commercial mortgage banking firm as an appraiser and marketing specialist for various Lenders, including Institutional and CMBS. (1997)
  • Assisted with local management of the company’s $1.2 billion portfolio conducting site inspections throughout the State of Indiana, loan packaging and deal development. 
• Joined the Indianapolis office of a regional bank expanding knowledge of construction, permanent and preferred equity financing.  (2001)
  • Managed a construction portfolio of more than $225 million concentrated over 27 different relationships, including several of the Tier 1 clients of the regional bank.  
  • Joint employee of the company’s mezzanine program.  
• Managed the Indianapolis Mezzanine portfolio, which represented between 20 to 35% of the mezzanine program.  
• Developed a tracking, reporting, and semi-annual presentation program for the Institutional mezzanine portfolio.  
  • Provided influential support in the launch of a permanent finance program with regards to underwriting, tracking, recording, marketing and presentation.
